Processing Time

Ready made items ship same day or next day. Our made-to-order items have a stated processing time of approximately 1-2 weeks as stated in the item description. 

North American Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): $9.90 CAD (Free with $50 CAD purchase) — Delivery within 2-8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Canada): $29.90 CAD — Delivery within 2-3 business days

  • Standard Shipping (USA): $5.90 USD (Free with $35 USD purchase) — Delivery within 2-6 business days

  • Express Shipping (USA): $12.90 USD — Delivery within 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada & USA)

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, and all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping Policy (Europe)

  • Standard Shipping (Europe EU/Non-EU): $7.00 CAD — Delivery within 5-25 business days

  • Express Shipping (Canada): $19.00 CAD — Delivery within 5-10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to activate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US orders, handmade items are USMCA eligible and cross the border with all taxes/duties pre-paid. International European orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, we ship all packages with insurance, so if your package was lost or damaged, please contact us at info@fayefaymommy.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item, please refer to our return policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
